Invest In VCLF

Together with our borrowers, VCLF strengthens Vermont communities by providing equitable access to capital for affordable housing, child care, small businesses, community facilities, and the working landscape.

Fueling our efforts are investments from hundreds of socially responsible individuals, faith-based groups, foundations, and corporations. Our investors know their funds are working to create a stronger Vermont. An added benefit is that the invested capital crucial to VCLF generates a financial return for our investors. Through careful underwriting and management, we have never lost a dollar of invested capital. Please see our self-insurance statement for further information on the security of investments.
